Commercial/Industrial Sites

Elmhurst has three industrial parks: North Elmhurst industrial park is the largest with 650 acres. Located in the northwest section of the city, it is split by Interstate 290. The park offers commercial as well as industrial buildings. There are also two smaller industrial parks, one in the northeast section of the city and one located just off Rte. 83 in the southwest portion of the of Elmhurst
