Are you tired of writing out checks and mailig in utility bills? If so, the City of Elmhurst has initiated an "E Z Payment" program for the City utilty (water, sewer, refuse) bills. Your utility bill payment will be automatically deducted from your checking account on the due date. You will still receive a billing statement indicating the amount to be deducted. To sign up for this convenient service, just complete and sign an application/authorization form (mailed with your utility bill, or available on the City's website, www.elmhurst.org, or at City Hall).
