Parking Information
- Overnight Parking
- Parking is prohibited on all City streets between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. every morning. If you have unusual circumstances, such as overnight guests or car trouble, permission to park on the street can be obtained by calling the Elmhurst Police Department at (630)530-3050.
- Permit and Commuter Parking
- Quarterly commuter parking lot permits for riders on Metra commuter trains are sold in the Finance Department. Permits are not valid until the first day of the quarter purchased. The current price for the quarterly pass is $75.00 (effective 1/1/08).
Daily parking is also available by payment of $1.50 (effective 1/1/08) in the coin boxes provided at each specified commuter lot, or the purchase of a monthly parking pass in the amount of $30.00 (effective 1/1/08). - Annual Parking Permits
- The annual permit is sold for $300.00 (effective 1/1/08), or four times the quarterly fee amount, for the calendar year.
