Magician Workshops

Workshop Duration: 1 hour 15 mins.
Just how DO those magicians perform their amazing tricks? Find out the secrets to performing believable magic tricks with hands-on instruction from professional magician Bob James. Participants will watch a magic performance, find out how to set up a magic performance table, and learn how to take a performance on the road. Kids will learn five tricks and receive a bag of tricks to take home. Magician's Showcase
2 p.m.  FREE  Ages 6-12 
Registration required
Aspiring magicians from ages 6-12 are invited to celebrate the end of summer and showcase their best trick with a showcase performance. Limit 20 participants; one trick per performer (duration of two minutes or less). Participants must pre-register and trick must be pre-approved. Call 630-833-1457 to reserve a spot.
