Overview
Hours of liquor sales are as follows for all licensed establishments:
| Sunday - Thursday |
6:00 a.m. - 12:45 a.m. of the following day |
| Friday - Saturday |
6:00 a.m. - 1:45 a.m. of the following day |
| Christmas Day |
Sunday - Thursday hours shall be enforced |
| New Year's Eve |
6:00 a.m. - 2:45 a.m. of the following day for all classes of licenses |
Except for 15 minutes after the hours specified for sale of alcoholic beverages, it shall be unlawful for patrons to remain during the closing hours specified in this Section in the premises where alcoholic beverages are served.
