Over the next two weeks, a stone construction entrance path will be installed between the pump station and the south end of Sunnyside Avenue.  This work is anticipated to take 3 days, weather permitting.  Following installation of the access path, excavation near the station will begin for the construction of the new pump station expansion.

Impacts

  • Maple Trail Woods Path will be temporarily closed while construction continues.  An alternate route is provided in the flyer below and will be posted at entrances around the project site.
  • Increased construction traffic can be expected during business hours on Sunnyside Avenue and Vallette Street
