About the Committee
This committee shall consist of 4 Aldermen and shall be responsible for all matters of policy related to:
- Revenues and expenditures
- Purchasing
- Personnel (except where statute provides for exercise of power by another)
- Budget and appropriations
- Data processing
- Public improvement financing
