Utility Billing

General Information

You can reach the Utility Billing Department at (630) 530-3110 or (630) 530-3111, or for after-hours emergency, please call (630) 530-3050. Utility bills are issued bi-monthly and are due upon receipt.

Be sure to contact the Utility Billing Department to set up a final reading if you are moving or if your home will be vacant for an extended period. A late charge equal to 5% of the total amount billed will be assessed on all bills not paid in full by the due date.

Utility Tax Rebate Program

The Utility Tax Rebate programs allows a 50% rebate for electric, gas, and telecommunications utility taxes (two licenses limit per household) for a calendar year to qualified residents. Please refer to the Utility Tax and Vehicle License Guidelines(PDF) for more information.
