Outstanding Senior Citizen Service Award
The Elmhurst Senior Commission is seeking nominations for the Outstanding Senior Citizen Service Award. The Elmhurst Senior Commission is appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council to make recommendations to provide information, advice, and advocacy to enhance the quality of life for adults in Elmhurst.
Individuals who demonstrate distinguished service and volunteerism to enhance the quality of life in our community and are devoted to the welfare of the Elmhurst residents should be considered for this award. Please refer to the enclosed Nomination Form for examples of types of service that would qualify an individual to be awarded the Senior Citizen Service Award.
If you know of someone who should be considered for this Award, please complete this Nomination Form and submit it per the instructions by August 31, 2023. The Outstanding Senior Citizen Service Award will be presented on November 9, 2023 at Elmhurst City Hall.
